Manually Remove Domain Controller. Run dcpromo /forceremoval from the run box. Select the domain controller you want to delete.
Open the active directory users and computers console and go to the domain controllers ou. Right click on the domain controller you need to manually remove and click delete. Open the active directory from the start menu.

Right click on the domain controller you need to manually remove and click delete. Log in to dc server as domain /enterprise administrator and navigate to server manager > tools > active directory users and computers. Right click the domain controller you want to remove and click delete.
